Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at muzproducts@gmail.com. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review the issue and work to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and sanitary purposes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Personal care or beauty items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

If approved, refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
